Participate in Interviews

- The resumes of the applicants will be screened and evaluated by the Hotai Finance Human Resources Office.
- Those who meet the requirements for the vacancies will have the opportunity to interview with the HR supervisor and relevant supervisors.

- Highlight the relevance of your characteristics as an individual, and your experiences to the requirements of the vacancies.
- Be concise with your wording, and use bullet points.
- Give specific descriptions and examples, and try to list “highlights” from your own experiences.
- Present your achievements with data, the function of “numbers” is to provide “memory points” for HR.

After receiving the resume, HR will conduct preliminary screening of the candidates. If there are any suitable candidates, HR will send out interview notifications within approximately 1 week.
HR收到履歷後將進行初步篩選工作，如合適者，大約一周內接獲面試通知。

- Carefully research the requirements of the vacancies.
- Practice common interview questions, and formulate your best responses in advance.
